Banana O Banana


Hi..Today my post will be about banana (Why banana? Hmmm..I don't know. Well let us just continue). Actually banana is my favourite fruit after apple (Since banana is more affordable that apple). Below is some information about banana that you might didn't realise on how good they are for your health.

Banana is always be the first food for babies after cereal. it is easily digested, full of nutrient and also full of flavour. Banana is the only fruits that contain all important vitamin such as vitamin A, B1, B2, B6 and also C. It is also high in fiber, Potassium and Magnesium.

Moreover, banana is 2 higher in carbohydrate compare to other fruits. Therefore it is not suitable for those who are taking the low-carbohydrate diet, otherwise is it very good for the growing-up children and adult that live in the active-life style. Some labeled it as an anti-depressant because of it's high in B6 vitamin, the potassium in banana helps in brain and neuron development.

Listed below are some of the benefits of the banana.
  1. Anemia: High in iron and stimulate the production of hemoglobin of the red-blood cells.
  2. Constipation: High in fiber that can stimulate the movement of our colon's muscle.
  3. Brain development: High in potassium that help the connections between the brain cells.
  4. Anti-depressant: As I had mention about this before.
  5. Energy: 2 piece of banana consumed can provide enough energy for 90 minutes.
After reading this article you might say that " A banana a day, keep the doctor away." but some people may say, if the doctor is handsome (and single) put the banana away... Just joking..
