'I See You" an official Avatar song by Leona Lewis. Do you watching Avatar movie? I believe most of us had watched it. Same goes to me and I already watching it five times. One of it is Avatar 3D. The 3D was amazing. I love this movie because the story line, the animation and also the effects.

I didn't make a good first impression. But the never judge a book by its cover or 'never judge a film by its first trailer'. At the first I not really like with this movie because the character (human body mix with animal body) it seem weird. This is the only one that I don't like with Avatar movie but yes for the rest.

For examples, I like the graphics effects are beyond anything I have ever seen. I keep asking myself how they can imagine the world with lighting flowers, lighting trees and hanging stone. That’s amazing when a human can interact and do connection with the bird, horse, trees and natures.

What I'm seeing myself, Avatar movie try to send some message to the world. These are three main messages which:-

"Those who study the nature, to maintain the nature,
Those who make profit out of the nature, make use of those who don't know anything,
Those who didn't know anything and ignore everything about nature”.

ThAt mY feeLinG

For now, I felt to eat a western food. But I don't know where the good restaurant for trying. The last month, I try eating at one restaurant in Ampang. I entered the one of Western Food restaurant and server came to ask for orders. I ordered chicken chop black paper, watermelon juice and also french fries. I really felt excited that ordered my food and hoping fulfill the tastes, but unfortunately the food not really fulfill that my tastes. Hurmmm, the black paper source is too spicy. However, with the french fries made me not so disappointed that the restaurant. My friend also felt the same sense with the food that we order.

Lastly, I found out from friends, near at Kampong Baru have a good Western Food Restaurant to try. That restaurant has a many choice type of western food and the all food is very delicious. The cost of their food less expensive because the restaurant looking exclusive restaurant. But past week I going to Kuala Lumpur, I really do not have time to go to these places. Hope I can go to the restaurant, one day. To all my friend pray with me, one day I can come that restaurant and try to eat someone western food in restaurant. ~daaaaaa~

My experience in childhood when being pursued by a dog.

Today I want to tell my friends the story of my childhood. While studying in primary school, I joined the scouts association. The most challenging experience is when we collecting donations from home to home while making charitable work.

We feel enjoy because other work can help to make charitable donations and we receive much donations from park residents. Our group about 5 peoples and we riding every where with bicycles to get to the destination.

During to the next trip destination, suddenly a large black dog was in front of us. At first we thought the dog was not aggressive but during our last next suddenly the dog is chasing us

We run headlong to save lives, but the dog is still chasing us. At a junction, the dog stopped chasing us. We feel relieved. yea..yea. We feel tired and stopped at a kiosk to buy drinking water. The most frightening experience when I was little afraid of dog bites.

Last Saturday I and my friends go to Genting highlands. We all go to Genting Highlands with bus. we all depart at 7.40 a.m from Batu Pahat bus station and arrived at Genting Highlands at 12.30 p.m. from Batu Pahat, only seven passenger included my friends and i, but when the bus arrive at Melaka bus station, another five passenger also want go to Genting Highlands

Journeys to Genting Highlands, the bus only stop at one time because someone wants go to toilet hihihihi We all lost to feel how interesting when riding the cable car because the bus go straight to the top. When we arrive, we go straight to theme park because we excited to play all the games they have.

the most games we all like and feel really enjoy is flying ship because when we seat at the ship and the ship swing up and down it feel so scare but the same time feel enjoy

After we all play almost the best game we decided to stay at near by Hotel but the rent of the hotel is to expensive. We decided to back, from Pudu station we used Transnational bus. We depart at 10 pm and arrive at Batu Pahat Station at 12.30 am. ~daus~

Banana O Banana

Hi..Today my post will be about banana (Why banana? Hmmm..I don't know. Well let us just continue). Actually banana is my favourite fruit after apple (Since banana is more affordable that apple). Below is some information about banana that you might didn't realise on how good they are for your health.

Banana is always be the first food for babies after cereal. it is easily digested, full of nutrient and also full of flavour. Banana is the only fruits that contain all important vitamin such as vitamin A, B1, B2, B6 and also C. It is also high in fiber, Potassium and Magnesium.

Moreover, banana is 2 higher in carbohydrate compare to other fruits. Therefore it is not suitable for those who are taking the low-carbohydrate diet, otherwise is it very good for the growing-up children and adult that live in the active-life style. Some labeled it as an anti-depressant because of it's high in B6 vitamin, the potassium in banana helps in brain and neuron development.

Listed below are some of the benefits of the banana.

1. Anemia: High in iron and stimulate the production of hemoglobin of the red-blood cells.
2. Constipation: High in fiber that can stimulate the movement of our colon's muscle.
3. Brain development: High in potassium that help the connections between the brain cells.
4. Anti-depressant: As I had mention about this before.
5. Energy: 2 piece of banana consumed can provide enough energy for 90 minutes.

an Empty sTreet...

A very sweet girl walking an empty street dont know where to go, no place to hide, no friends to play with. She keeps on moving towards the end of the road. Suddenly, she saw a house where she stay and take a rest. she tried to sleep but she can't.

Out of blue, she heard something from the backyard, she go and check on it and she saw something in black. she rub her eyes many times to make sure the things that she saw then she said "run for your life!!!!".

The thing in black was a guy with an ugly face was stearing at her and he started to chase her and she run as fast as she can go.

The ugly guy finally caught her and tried to kill her, she struggled to get rid from that guy but she failed. Then the ugly guy slap her face many times, and suddenly the ugly guy pour a pail of water on her face and once she opened up her eyes, she was on the floor looking at her father is standing holding the pail with unstatiesfied face because her daughter fell asleep while painting the wall.

Honesty In Relationships

We often expect honesty in relationships, while our own can not afford to be honest with our human loved ones, lest if we loved him as he love us. True, not easy for us to be honest because honesty is sometimes like sword points pending the time to destroy the small hearts and our feelings. Is it true that we do fraud will not be disclosed and will always be saved?

There are no perfect human being in this world, though we want to be the best, a perfect view of the human loved ones. But never mock our belief that he put on ourselves. Trust given often ignored as if business is a fun game.

Honesty is something that is difficult to execute in our relationship that we build relationships that nevertheless has long gone. Difficult for us to be honest, say more honest because we think about the feelings they feel when we will be honest. But it should be remembered, that we do when fraud uncovered will be more painful than honesty that we give it.

People we love will leave us to people who love them, but those who love us will remain faithful until the doors open our hearts to love and receive love from him.

From shah alam to ayer hitam

This story begins on 14.2.2010 (Sunday).I 'm and my friend(syira) want to return to uthm at 3 o'clock with bus from shah alam to ayer hitam.

on the way, i'm very surprised because the bus not going to ayer hitam but johor bharu. we turndown on the site highway.we walk to toll ayer hitam around 3km. after that, we continue walk from toll ayer hitam to pekan ayer hitam. on the way. my friends fall(look like 'nangka busuk') and she sick hand i'm just looking and smile not help she because not muhrim.hehehe.she very angry.

after that we continue walk, suddenly my friend see the bus, she want to i'm hold the bus but i,m let go and bye-bye the bus. my friend disappointed and angry to me. on the way we take picture for to make memories. and lastly we arrive pekan ayer hitam. my friends take me and back to my home it is the my story from shah alam to ayer hitam how we walk,fall and let go the bus, people say experience was wonderful to make memories.

Emmmm ... very good because the program can give students exposure to the actual interview situation ...

Although I'm not getting the job, but it gave me experience in terms of level of confidence in yourself, how to control the nervous that is not too significant.

Although for now I not excellent in English but I still interested to learn and improve that my English more batter than now ... I really felt happy if I can excellent in English now.

How To Become An Ideal Friend

Its not easy becoming a friend or making one because a friend is not a state of mind. Its real and its in your face. A friend is someone who makes your life worth its while a little more than yesterday. While everybody has their own definitions of a "friend", the long and short of it is we all need friends to make our lives better. Hye, and yes its' me, Aishah again..why always me and where is everybody?Hmmm..maybe i just got plenty of free time compared to other..that's ok anyway..by the way that's is not the point..

Actually today I'm going back home..to Melaka the historical city of malaysia..hehe..My elder sister is getting married this Saturday, and as I'm the second child of my parents, so apparently, on that day (and a few day before the ceremony) I'll be the busiest person in the world (exaggerating...). I wonder, what does it feels to handle a wedding ceremony since this is the first time our family handling this kind of ceremony. Problem(s)?? I really, really wish we don't have even once but that impossible. Even so, all that I hope that no matter how big the problem might be, we can solve it without stain the ceremony (am i using the right word there??stain..If I'm wrong, do correct me). Well, mistake help us to be prepared in the future. Ok, gotta go. Please pray for us so that our ceremony go on as smooth as possible as planned..Bye..

Cakes???

Today is Saturday and I'm idling alone at home..Am I alright??Anyway, I am very very very very (ok i stop right here..) bored today since all my housemate is out and left me home alone (actually fizah had ask me join her but I refuse). Since I've nothing to do, I like to share with you some of the cakes that I've baked and decorated. Even though it is not perfectly made(I admit), but as I've done it myself (without learning it from anybody), I'm pleased that it turn out okay..

The first image is a chocolate cake with strawberry in the middle layer of the cakes, coated with icing cake. Personally, I can say that this cake is delicious since i always longing for icing cake with strawberries. But the decoration is kind mess (as i don't have the turn table to make the icing even and neat). Therefore, don't judge the cake's taste by it's icing decoration..hahaha..

The second image is a chocolate cake with the cream cheese coating. Actually I was trying to draw a spider, and a butterfly on a spider web. But the spider is too fat and the butterfly...(do you see any butterfly there??). Anyway, when I finish decorate the cake, I satisfy with the results since I'm still amateur in this field. There is still a long way to go.

Tip 1
Do not confuse pronunciation of words with their spelling! For example, "threw" and "through", although spelled differently, are pronounced the same. Also, identical letters or letter clusters in words do not always produce the same sound. For example, the "ough" in "though" and "through" represents a different sound in each word. Learn to practise what you hear, not what you see.

Tip 2
Imagine a sound in your mind before you say it. Try to visualize the positioning of your mouth and face. Think about how you are going to make the sound.

My name is Ai'n Farha binti Saifuldin. I live at Batu Pahat Johor or as known as BPEE. Im 22 years old but not yet. Before participating INSEP program, i have taking Diploma Computer System & Networking at Poly-Tech Mara College. While im studying there i learned a lot of subject such as VB.net, Java C++, COA, English Skills, Business Basic and so many more. While taking diploma, i participating on Cultural Club or as known as "Kelab Kebudayaan" for whole of my semester.

I came from business family background. Althought my field of study did not match with my family business, but i believe on what we do now, we still need to link it with technology. Without technology, we will away far from other people. My family business is all about Tradisional Herbs manufacturing.

I’m Farez Bin Hj. Mahmood from Batu Pahat. I’m INSEP student program phase 2 2009/2010 Network and Application Courses. My main goal to participate this program is to get exposure on the skill and knowledge.

Before this I already have some experience working. I worked at one of the companies that conduct business such as farming, production, agricultural and herbal health products. My main task is technical and design. My daily task is to ensure computer systems and networks are in good condition. In addition, I also tasked to create designs such as product labels, posters, pamphlets, and others.

My tag line is “Strength does not come from physical capacity, but it comes from the spirit that never budge”.

A single girl live with a simple life who is Nur Hafizah Zainab bt Abdul Aziz, I was born on 22 December 1984, I lives in Johor Bahru more specifically staying at Tmn Sri Tebrau. After attending my high school at Sek Men Keb Sri Tebrau, JB. I further my study at International Islamic College in Diploma in Information Technology. Furthermore, I obtain my bachelor degree from IIUM in Bachelor of Information Communication Technology. During my leisure time, i love to surf internet and taking pictures, besides i love cats so much and cats make me feel happy. I am an easy going person and love to make new friends. Last but not least, "Believe in Yourself" & "Miracle do Happens" ;)

SURAYA BINTI ABDUL RAHIM

ASSALAMUALAIKUM and SALAM SEJAHTERA.... My name is Suraya binti Abdul Rahim. I am graduate at Advanced Technology Training Centre (ADTEC) Malacca in Diploma Technology Computer. Now I join INSEP to get more knowladge and also upgrade my skills. I hope that after completion my studies, I get good job for my good future.
